Personal Experience

Positive

To me, the scent very much like a beautiful rose bouquet accompanied by a flurry of other floral concoctions but the rose definitely comes out on top. I can pick up a bit of the sweet lychee upon first sniff but seconds later my scent buds get engulfed by the intoxicating aroma of roses. The scent is feminine and not overly complicated. It's subtly alluring without being sickeningly sweet or overpoweringly sultry.

This is one for the romantics and rose fanatics. The bottle is classy and beautiful and so is the scent!

Another thing that I love about it is that its fragrance is suitable for a number of occasions. Great for work, or a night out, it has an innocent yet sexy charm about it. Whenever I wear or smell Chloé the image that comes to my mind is roses & cotton. Yes, cotton. Freshly laundered cotton bedsheets. Maybe Chloé is not so innocent after all!

Chloé is definitely a crowd pleaser. People love it, and it's one perfume that even if people overspray (I knew a girl who put way too much on) it's still nice. I love smelling this on other people. Probably more than I like smelling it on myself.

Longevity is amazing for this scent. I know it's an EDP but I didn't expect that, simply because whenever I wear it it seems to fade after a while. I simply took it at face value, however I was so surprised one evening when I was about to go home a co-worker said I smell lovely & she asked what I was wearing. I couldn't believe she could still smell it!

Negative

I really like the scent of Chloé Eau de Parfum. However, my like turned to dislike after a few months. I still like the scent, but the sooner I finish this bottle, the better.

The bottle is a cute design, I will give them that. It reminds me of Miss Dior Cherie which also has a bow. The cuteness of the bottle faded fast just a few months after owning Chloé. Why? The metal on the bottle turned a tarnished matte black brown.

Not only that, this chemical change also turned the pretty pink bow into a dirty pink colour.

I couldn't believe this happened. It looks awful. If I had known the bottle would turn a green/brown/black there's no way I'd have bought it.

People put perfume on to add a bit of aromatic beauty to their day. Chloé IS beautiful, but who wants to put on a beautiful fragrance from an ugly looking bottle? The bottle is meant to be part of the experience. I won't be buying any more perfumes from this line.

I was looking for a biotin supplement that I can take to support and boost my hair growth. My hair strands had been crazy thin these days especially when the pandemic came, probably because of stress. When I saw that Mary Ruth's have a Biotin line and they were in the form of gummies, I knew I had to try it!

Mary Ruth's Biotin gummies is a tad pricey compared to other biotin supplements. It costs ₱1,300.00 a bottle (60 pcs.) which is already quite expensive for me. Other biotin supplements in the market costs ₱600-₱800 only. I bought one anyway just to give it a try! The packaging is pretty neat and minimal. I took the supplements twice a day, every after meal. One after lunch and one after dinner. The gummies were heart-shaped and tasted like berries. It doesn't get stuck in my teeth and was very easy to chew! I actually looked forward to taking this everyday because it's yummy!

I only bought 1 bottle and so far there were no significant changes in my body except that my nails grew faster than normal. I didn't notice any changes in my hair strands, they were still normal as is. My hair also didn't grew longer quickly. As for the effects on my skin, it didn't clear my acne, didn't lightened my dark spots nor smoothened my skin. The results might have not been significant because I only took the supplement for a month.

Will I purchase again? Maybe yes, maybe not.

Yes, because it tastes good and it's made with great ingredients that are all safe and healthy for the body!

It has no GMO, it's gluten free and safe for vegan.

No, because it's too expensive for me to take on a regular basis. It also seems like the effects of the product will only be noticeable after 3 to 6 months of use.

PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

I’ve been using this ampoule sporadically for more than 6 months now and I can say that it has been doing a good job in moisturizing and calming my sensitive skin. In fact, I have noticed that the product works remarkably when I’m breaking out or when my skin is irritated. I don’t see much difference when I use it on my good-skin days. So I figure that this is definitely a good ampoule for bad-skin days, especially when I’m breaking out, but not really an essential on good-skin days.

As for the lightening properties, i've noticed that it only evened out my skin tone after 3 months of usage so this will not work if you really want to lighten certain dark marks in an instant.

The Skin 1004 Ampoule seems to do a fantastic job at soothing and repairing my skin and improving its texture. I usually get tiny bumps on my forehead or the chin area during my hormonal acne breakouts and this one really does the job in calming all the angry bumps. I particularly appreciate the Ampoule’s moisturizing properties on my bad-skin days, because I feel that it already gives my skin the moisture it needs, so I can just slap my other skin care essentials all over my face afterwards to seal everything in.

This is a good make up base especially if you already have good skin and just want that extra glow. You won't even have to put moisturizer afterwards. This one will work for all skin types because the consistency is very liquid-y like water so it absorbs fast on the skin and dries quickly.

Will I repurchase?

I honestly don’t know yet because I feel like this 100ml bottle is going to last forever! And I’m also about to try other Centella Asiatica products, so we’ll see. But whether I would recommend it, the answer is YES, I would recommend it to those with acne-prone and/or sensitive skin types. But if you have normal skin, I don’t think you’d appreciate it (or at least not as much as those with acne-prone skin would do) because the effects aren't that noticeable unless you use the product for a long time.

PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

My friend got me this moisturizer from Canada. I've heard a lot of good things about this skin care brand so I had high expectations on this product before using it. The packaging is pretty decent and straightforward. Nothing fancy, which I really like. It is very affordable and I got this for only $7.

In general, most of HA products don't really have that much HA in them and this seems to be the same case. I just can't say I recognise any results besides immediate hydration, which doesn't last. I don't appreciate the texture as well. I didn't expect much so i'd go with a different option if given a chance.

I have been using this product for almost a month now and so far, it does what it says so in the description. It is just for surface hydration. I would usually only apply this at night as it could get super sticky when applied during the day. It's always humid in the Philippines so I don't think this will work for oily and oily/combination gals.

My skin feels soft every after application though. It also did not break me out upon using the product for a month. However, it has a thick formula and has poor spreadability so I have to use more product to cover my face. Good enough, nothing amazing.

I'm not entirely sure if the product did a good job in moisturizing my face. It makes my skin feel soft after application but I feel like there's something lacking. The product is a bit tricky to apply. Due to it's paste-like consistency, it feels like you haven't applied enough product yet so I end up putting more than what is needed (which makes my skin a bit oilier than usual).

I have to use oil blotting film two hours post application of this product which is too inconvenient for me who doesn’t really apply make up on a regular basis, and I guess it will be much worse when you put make up on top of it. This might work for dry and dehydrated skin but I won't vouch for this if you have an oily/combination skin. This is one of the products from The Ordinary that I will not repurchase. It's a flop.

PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

The product is a straight forward water-based gel moisturizer that is hypo-allergenic and fragrance free. Its lightweight formula is absorbed easily by the skin although the softening effect is not immediate.

A little goes a long way because of the watery texture -- it goes on lightly and smoothly. It also absorbs quickly without a greasy feeling. I have no trouble wearing it in summer or under my BB cream. This moisturizer is also unscented and has a sticky formula. It spreads easily and definitely a little goes a long way!

I am not a big fan of how it feels during application. It feels really sticky and slimy at the same time (if that makes sense). But you can always wash your hands after application. When washing your hands, you will notice that it will become a little slimy but any hand soap works. It dries off fast and leaves your skin tighter than ever. Be mindful of the amount of product you put because this can be too drying for your skin. Having used this for around 2 months, I can say it is an okay product but not outstanding.

Celeteque Hydration Moisturizer is a basic moisturizer that contains no anti-aging, no exfoliating, and no skin firming compounds. Therefore, if you are looking for a more advanced product, move on from the basic Celeteque line and look for products with anti-aging ingredients like hyaluronic acid, alpha hydroxy acid, coenzyme Q10, and alpha lipoic acid among other things.

This moisturizer, is best left for younger ducklings in search of entry level skin care that won't block their pores and won't break the bank.

PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

I just ran out of toner and have gone searched for the ones that's very gentle for skin yet effective. This product definitely met my expectations. It has a very nice and simple packaging which I really really like, it is also very affordable and helped me get rid of my minor breakouts. I like this one more than the moisturizer.

This is by far one of the cheapest toners that didn't break me out. I also love the fact that it's fragrance free and doesn't contain any alcohol which is really helpful for my sensitive skin. This isn't a toner that works like magic but this is an affordable toner that is simple and keeps your skin hydrated.

This is such a great product for a people like me who wants a cheap yet effective skincare product. This product hydrates your skin to the tee & will give you a dewy look all throughout the day. It has a very faint smell of the witch hazel extract which is a plus for me because i'm a sucker for good scented products.

I will definitely recommend this product most especially to students who wants a budget friendly toner that does the job and for those gals who have sensitive skin and prefers a mild toner without a stinging feeling.

PRODUCT REVIEW

Given the number of facial cleansers i've tried in the past that didn't work well enough for me, I told myself "When I find the one I would really make a review for it and recommend it to everyone who's had the same dilemma."

I'm aware that I have Combination Skin (Oily and Sensitive) that's why I am very picky with what I use and put on my face having experienced break outs each time I try a new skin care product. I've already spend thousands in buying different cleansers trying to find the right one for me but I always end up refraining from using them because they don't really work on my skin.

But with Ariul's Stress Relieving Pureful Cleansing Foam, I never experienced any purging or breaking out. It foams up pretty nicely and cleanses without irritating the skin. It isn't harsh at all. It does leave the skin a bit moisturized but you still have to go through all the steps of your skin care as you will still need a moisturizer. It does its job perfectly in keeping my face squeaky-clean and fresh!

It has a citrusy smell which is very relaxing and relieving. Somehow, magically, this cleanser manages to do a deep cleanse of the skin without any surfactants! It's my favorite evening cleanser because of its calming yet squeaky-clean after effect. The 150ml size is also worth the price. I actually got this on sale for only P450 but it's being sold in other shops for P650. This bottle could last up to 6 months!

This is a pretty good product. I would recommend this to people who do not have problematic skin and doesn't have any particular area that he/she would want to focus on.
